  Ryan has an office at Port City CrossFit in Wilmington. I can honestly say that Ryan is a miracle worker! I injured my shoulder to where I could not do anything over head. No weightlifting, no volleyball... I had a major volleyball tournament coming up in 2 months. I worked with Ryan once a week for 1 month and then once every other week for 1 month doing dry needling and stability exercises to help heal my shoulder. Sure enough, I was able to play in the tournament!! :) What I love about BodyTherapy Inc. is that they will tell you to keep exercising, doing what you are doing. But if it is painful, then stop and do something else that isn't painful. Not once did they tell me that I couldn't workout. Rest doesn't heal - working on your weaknesses (without pain) does! I HIGHLY recommend BodyTherapy to ANYONE and everyone who has tightness or an injury they are dealing with!
